Romtec Gatehouses and Guardhouses are used in a wide variety of applications to collect fees, provide information, direct traffic, and deliver other services. Romtec offers five standard models scaling from small, single-attendant structures to large buildings with office space, contact windows, and restrooms. All of our gatehouses are constructed with affordable concrete block for the primary structure, but you can add any custom design features you need to get the gatehouse you want. These buildings can be designed to match other structures or the local environment, or they can feature roof extensions to shelter visitors or vehicles. Our Gatehouses come with complete plan sets and construction materials. Romtec can even provide full construction services.
