Soil Moist polymer Disks are water storing polymers that encapsulate an 8 to 9 month timed release 10-10-10 fertilizer. The fertilizer is polymer coated to give a 10 percent coated slow release. The disk captures and stores water that would normally percolate through the soil. When the soil dries, the disk will release stored water and nutrients.
