LITHOCAST™ Surface Retarder is a liquid, spray-applied surface-set retarder that allows depth control for creating variable-etched concrete surfaces. It prevents hydration of the cement on the concrete surface. You can achieve anywhere from a light sandblast texture, to heavy aggregate exposure at the surface.
