261 SERIES-12" DIA X 42 3/8" TALL CONCRETE BOLLARD WITH HORIZONTAL FIN LOUVER AND FLAT TOP: The bollard features a heavy-wall cast aluminum horizontal fin louver with a baked polyester powder coat finish surrounding an opal acrylic cylindrical lens, mounted on a high-strength reinforced concrete base. A complementary non-illuminated bollard, constructed from one-piece high-strength cast concrete, is also available. All Wayne Tyler concrete bollards are factory-sealed with a moisture barrier to prevent corrosion and freeze-thaw cracking.
