Quikspray's new Double Mixer Carrousel® Grout Plant. The all-in-one unit consists of Carrousel® Pump and two U-Blend Mixers mounted onto a skid frame. The Double Mixer Grout Plant was specifically designed for mixing two-part products such as epoxy. Each batch size is about +4cu/ft and allows the operator to have more control over the mixes. The mixing blades are removeable without tools which aid in a faster cleanup, less downtime, and maintenance. The Double Mixer Carrousel® Grout Plant is available in 220v electric and hydraulic. This unit is intended for pumping cementitious and epoxy grouts, heavily bodied materials, re-grouting mortar joints but can also be used to spray fireproofing, waterproofing, EIFS, artificial rock work, stucco, and other commercial coatings.
