This decorative base is adorned with carefully laid leaves that surround the principal band. The secondary band of crescentic waves is joined with the principal band by well defined decorative flutes. Made of a color through resin which is armed with sun-repelling UV inhibitors, this Northern design is constructed to withstand years of sun and salt without the need for painting.
