California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) exists to support and advance the profession of the licensed professional Pest Control Adviser (PCA) in California. Its mission is to support PCAs' success by providing professional development, continuing education, legislative and regulatory advocacy, and industry representation. CAPCA serves as the unified voice of California PCAs, ensuring the expertise and perspectives of license holders are represented in public policy, regulatory decisions, and industry discussions. Through education, stewardship, advocacy, and member services, CAPCA helps protect and strengthen the PCA profession while supporting the production of food, fiber, and ornamental crops throughout California.
