As part of the Society's 2020 strategic plan, PGMS® identified the importance of leadership training and development. The leadership development taskforce embarked on a mission to develop a leadership education program designed for grounds professionals. After analyzing the wide array of leadership education available, PGMS® announces the launch of LEAD, a leadership education program designed to challenge, develop and cultivate leaders in a collaborative, discussion based environment.
