Mr. Markey has earned his LC (Lighting Certification) from the NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions), and a LEED AP distinguished accreditation from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). A member of IESNA (Illuminating Engineering Society of North America), he graduated with a B.S. Degree in Journalism/Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Shannon supports our west coast distributors and specifiers by developing our sales rep force and hosting Q-School sessions, and AIA continuing education seminars. He also delivers technical product presentations, on-site training of transformer and power supply systems, and internal staff training.
