Although the average sale/ask ratio has remained steady for the past year at .90 the median ask price has dwindled from $295,000 to $192,500. Median revenue between the two quarters has lowered from $478,399 to $230,000. According to Handelsman the first quarter of this year had the lowest median revenue of any of the previous seven quarters.
