Sambatek Hires Josh Maus, PE, as a Transportation Client Service Manager

Sambatek is a dynamic professional services firm specializing in engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental services in transportation, land development, renewable energy, and municipal markets.

Sambatek is pleased to announce and welcome the addition of Josh Maus, Professional Engineer (PE), as a Transportation Client Service Manager. Josh brings a wealth of knowledge in traffic engineering for developments and freeway and interchange projects for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), counties, cities, and developers.

Josh will work in the transportation practice with a focus on
developing Sambatek's traffic engineering service line and helping
expand transportation services with new and existing clients. Josh

will provide our clients with direction and guidance regarding projects, tasks, processes, and operations throughout the project.

Josh brings a distinguished background of more than two decades of professional experience and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. Before joining Sambatek, he served as a Traffic Engineering Principal at SRF Consulting, an indication of his expertise in the field. One of his notable achievements lies in his capacity to provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.

As a Client Service Manager for the Transportation Group, Josh will play a pivotal part in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team growth and nurtures a culture of mutual support. He will collaborate closely with project teams to identify client-centric solutions, thereby guaranteeing successful execution of projects.

Josh's recent work has focused on project management, stakeholder involvement, public outreach, freeway and managed lane analysis, traffic operations analysis, corridor studies, traffic forecasting and modeling, Interstate Access Modification Requests, and benefit-cost analysis. Josh possesses a profound appreciation for effective communication and collaboration within the project pursuit and development process, a sentiment bolstered by his extensive experience in client and stakeholder engagement.
