PlayPower, Inc., parent company of Miracle Re-creation, recently announced the acquisition of Hags Play AB making PlayPower one of the largest commercial playground equipment manufacturers in the world. The combined company is expected to generate revenues in excess of $160 million dollars and employ more than 900 people globally.

The acquisition of Hags Play gives PlayPower a significant manufacturing and distribution presence in Europe and additional distribution in Asia. It also rounds out PlayPowers's product line with one of the Europe's leading playground equipment manufacturers.
