National Shade L.P.I. of Houston, Texas and Davey Tree Expert Company of Kent, Ohio recently announced the formation of a strategic alliance. National Shade is a large tree transplanting company that specializes in nationwide transplanting services. Davey Tree Expert Company is a 120-year old, privately held tree service company with 90 offices internationally. Under the new alliance, National Shade will handle all tree transplanting services that require a 12' or greater Rootball, while Davey Tree Expert Company will handle all pre-transplant, post-transplant, maintenance and monitoring procedures. Company representatives believe this alliance will be a beneficial aid to the present and future clients of both organizations.
