Walter Bone
At Cuhaci Peterson, my team specializes in transforming landscapes into vibrant, functional spaces that serve multi-faceted community needs. With expert skills in the creative and design development and proficiency in LandFX, I contribute to projects that range from retail and hospitality to multi-family and low-income housing developments. My recent work includes a Mixed-Use Development in Daytona Beach, numerous Publix grocery stores and an urban village in Northern Virginia showcasing our commitment to enhancing user experiences through thoughtful site planning.

The focus of my role is to bridge concept and realization, ensuring that every project balances aesthetic appeal with environmental stewardship. Through collaborations on diverse projects such as Sprouts Grocery and Hyatt House hotel, our work resonates with a dedication to creating sustainable solutions. My approach intertwines innovation with the cultural fabric of each location setting, aiming to leave a positive, enduring impact on the communities we touch.
