Keita Takahashi, “widely considered to be one of the most imaginative and creative figures in the world of video games,” is designing a children’s playground in Nottingham, England. Takahashi, who has a degree in sculpture, gained notoriety with Katamari, a game praised for its “quirkiness, simplicity and charm.”
Takahashi isn’t releasing any design specifics, but said he “plans a bumpy playground.”
