A New Jersey landscaping company owner was recently arrested and charged with three counts of tax evasion. Christopher M. Aldarelli, owner of Aldo 1 Landscaping & Lawn Service and Aldarelli Enterprises, could get up to five years in prison and a $100,000 fine for each count if found guilty.
The FBI search of Aldarelli?EUR??,,????'???s home was an outgrowth of the investigation into the late Philip Knovitz, a millionaire and power broker. D. Weldon, mayor of Ocean Township and city manager of Asbury Park, resigned in connection to the investigation and pleaded guilty to extorting $64,000 from three different developers.
