Central Irrigation Control and Flow Sensing to Save Water, Time, and Money by Jeff Drongowski, Calsense In this session, attendees will learn what central control is relative to responsible irrigation management and how it can be used to address inefficiencies in managing landscape water use. We will also address flow monitoring, which can be managed by central control.
Join Jeff for his discussion on Central Irrigation Control and Flow Sensing to Save Water, Time, and Money September 20th at 10:00AM. Reducing Irrigation Water Use Utilizing Sensors by Doug Callison, Rain Bird Weather and flow sensors can be added to the irrigation system to prevent watering when soil moisture levels, weather conditions, high flows created by broken pipes, etc. dictate the system should not operate. Preventing this watering saves water, can prevent site damage, limits liabilities, and extends the life of the irrigation system.
