Gary Sims passed away on September 23, 2024, in Oroville, California after a long illness. Burial services are set for Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery.

 

Gary co-founded Sims Tree Health Specialists with his wife, Susan Sims in 1972. Since then, the Sims name has become a pillar of the industry where he worked with Susan, his son, Kevin, and daughter-in-law, Nicole. Sims Tree Health Specialists now includes the Olive Orchard, the Sims Tree Learning Center, and educational services.

A celebration of life will be scheduled in Southern California at a later date. Gary is survived by his wife Susan, son Kevin, and daughter-in-law Nicole.
