CHANHASSEN, Minn. - Citing its commitment to teach, enlighten and delight with a renewed dedication and purpose, the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum has unveiled dramatic plans for its future, supported by a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign.

Intended to raise $65 million over seven years, the comprehensive campaign will allow the Arboretum to build and update facilities and gardens; expand educational and research programs; improve visitor services; and preserve its watershed through land acquisition.

While most of the campaign funds will be raised through private philanthropy throughout the state, the Arboretum will request $24 million in capital funding from the Minnesota State Legislature.
