ANLA Weighs Anchor for Hawaii

The event for the green industry owners and executives starts off with a beach barbeque, followed by three days of educational sessions, tours and some island fun.

Educational sessions include two ?EUR??,,????'??Perspective Shifting?EUR??,,????'?? tracts on leadership and industry trends, led by Lance Secretan, author of !nspire!?EUR??,,????'??+What Great Leaders Do, and Dr. Paul Pearsall, author of The Beethoven Factor. Both speakers will facilitate interactive breakout sessions following their presentations. There will also be a ?EUR??,,????'??Sunrise Issues?EUR??,,????'?? program on legislation.

Contribution to ANLA Beacon Fund

The Illinois Nurserymen?EUR??,,????'???s Association (INA) recently announced a $50,000 contribution, paid in two installments, to the ANLA Beacon Fund. The Beacon Fund is the nursery and landscape industry?EUR??,,????'???s ?EUR??,,????'??victory?EUR??,,????'?? fund, currently focusing on passage of labor and immigration reform legislation to benefit nursery and greenhouse growers, landscape contractors and other green industry businesses.
