The American Concrete Institute will host a seminar series at The Big 5 Heavy Show in Dubai, UAE, on March 26 and 27, 2018.

ACI's Concrete Essentials Seminar Series will focus on topics like concrete repair, self-consolidating concrete and mass concrete as well as a three-part course on the ACI Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete.

The Big 5 Heavy Show will have five sectors on concrete, mining, roadworks, building materials manufacturing and plant, machinery and vehicles.

The show describes itself as "the only dedicated platform for professionals involved in large and small-scale construction and demolition projects in the Middle East that require heavy machinery, equipment and concrete."

By partnering with The Big 5 Heavy, ACI aims to establish and strengthen international relationships with the concrete community.
