Donald Bottger is the Superintendent of Maintenance at Viejas Casino in San Diego. He has 32 years experience in the horticultural field, and he is a Certified Grounds Manager, Certified Arborist, CDPR Qualified license holder, member of the executive board on the Professional Ground Management Society (Treasurer), OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for 10 and 40 hour and has Hazwoper certification.

Course Title: Poor Practices in Landscape Management

Course Description: A comprehensive discussion of what not to do in maintaining landscapes including poor Arboricultural, Irrigation, Pest control and Safety Practices. Examples will be shown of poorly maintained sites, including improperly maintained foliage, substandard irrigation practices, poor chemical application and unsafe work practices.
